This past June, I joined Ahold Delhaize USA as a UX-UI Designer, which has an impressive portfolio of brands across the east coast including Stop and Shop, Hannaford, Food Lion, the Giant Company.
This past June, I joined Ahold Delhaize USA as a UX-UI Designer, which has an impressive portfolio of brands across the east coast including Stop and Shop, Hannaford, Food Lion, the Giant Company.
My role allowed me to work closely with these brands and leverage my design skills to improve user experiences for associates, vendors, and internal workers, contributing to the efficiency and effectiveness of their backstage operations.

Redesigning a user-friendly vendor portal that allows suppliers to manage their product listings, update pricing, track order and delivery statuses, and a solutions center to resolve issues quickly. The goal is to make it efficient for vendors to do business across all of the brands under Ahold Delhaize USA.

The process included a heuristic evaluation of the current portal, crafting a research plan and script for stakeholders, leading stakeholder interviews, synthesis of data, and presenting the found themes to key stakeholders.
